Your embroidery design is delivered as a ZIP file.
A ZIP file is like a folder that contains your embroidery files.
You must UNZIP it before using the design.
🖥️ WINDOWS (PC / Laptop)
Go to your Downloads folder
Find the file ending with .zip
Right-click on the ZIP file
Click “Extract All”
Click “Extract”
✅ A new folder will appear
Inside you will find embroidery files like:
.DST
.PES
.EXP
.JEF
👉 Use the file that matches your embroidery machine
🍎 MAC (MacBook / iMac)
Go to your Downloads folder
Find the .zip file
Double-click the ZIP file
✅ macOS will automatically unzip it
A new folder will appear with your embroidery files inside
📱 iPHONE / iPAD
Download the ZIP file from Etsy
Open the Files app
Go to Downloads
Tap on the ZIP file
